Here is a sneak peek at my new favorite necklace for men! Yowza! This might be my favorite necklace. I have been wanting to do an anatomical heart pendant for a bit, but there are tons already out there, so wanted to come up with something fresh! Love the color we gave the metal and instead of making it 3D I opted for an inside look to the heart ventricles and atriums. Hangs from my new favorite chain also. This new antiqued silver cable chain necklace is really sleek. Using lot's of sterling silver chains for some of the new upcoming designs. Hoping to have this new style available in a couple of days!

So many times at gift shows, street fairs and markets, men approach my booth with a sense of amusement, spend 30 mins looking at our necklaces and bracelets and then leave saying "great stuff man, I don't wear jewelry, but good job". Even friends (that don't wear jewelry) when I show them the website or a new design ask me "how do you think this would look on me?".

So fellas that "don't wear jewelry", here I am to give you tips on what to wear. The first will be a series of BROTIPS on the acceptable necklaces, bracelets and rings to wear and then I will do more posts on which pieces suit your look the best.

The first BROTIP series is which are some of the totally acceptable necklaces to wear. I'll start with the necklace that has one chain and multiple charms. Of course you should not hang 27 charms from 1 chain. Let's keep it between 2-4. This is one of my favorite styles because it's the type of necklace that is full of meaning. How do those pendants relate to one another? what is their meaning? and what powerful energy to they bring to you when combined?

My favorite one is our Journey Necklace. Here is the meaning behind it: "Travel forth wearing our Journey Necklace for men, and feel the warm wind of good fortune on your back. Feeling the copper jewelry vibes coming!

Rose gold and copper are probably the least used metals for Men's Jewelry, yet I always have a significant amount of requests for them. Sure, they are not for every guy, but honestly nothing screams confidence like a guy that wears AND pulls off rose gold. Although one of my suppliers told me that copper jewelry and beads are all the rage with the "older" men as they -allegedly- help to improve arthritis and have analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. Not sure about that, but I am sure me and all the fellas will take any little bit of help we can get. Anyway, here's another upcoming men's bracelets "materials" sneak peek of what I have on my work desk and will soon be arriving to oxfordalerts.

Holiday Wholesale Jewelry Production in Full Swing

No rest for the wicked! I've been in full jewelry production mode these past weeks. Here's a snapshot on what's on my work desk right now. My supplies to assemble one our best-selling necklaces "'Till Death Do Us Part". We've been selling this necklace for the past 4 years and it still gets lots of orders (all about the black and gold necklaces for the fellas y'all!). I used to hate making it, but now that I have a system down is one of my favorite jewelry pieces to make. It's all about the assembly line! I'm stoked to have so many big Holiday wholesale orders but also can't wait to get them out so that I can focus on all the new jewelry designs I've been working on. Lot's of new bead bracelets for guys in the works!

Vintage French Relgious Medal Necklaces

One of my favorite jewelry collections, our vintage French religious medal necklaces for Men. May favorite thing for these is to layer them with another necklace. Anchor necklaces are always my first choice for creating rad combinations. Also for this particular styles our bronze wing necklace for men is also a cool choice. Just done shooting about 25 of these pieces to add to the shop. I've been collecting vintage medals and African brass beads for the past 5 years!!! Stoked to finally be putting them out there for you guys to shop the collections!

Working on lots, and I mean LOTS of new bracelets for men for the Holiday's. Here's a sneak peek of one of them. Love these black snake vertebrae strung together into this adjustable bracelet. Creating lots of different textures so you can layer them together for that cool stacked bracelets look, which of course always works better when the materials and textures are different from each other. I am working on a couple photoshoots just for the blog showing fellas with different looks what pieces best suit their style and specially how to layer necklaces and bracelets. Stay tuned!
